About The Position

Joyce Koons Honda, one of the top Northern Virginia Honda dealerships, is seeking a Parts Advisor. We are a progressive, customer-focused automotive retailer located in Manassas, Virginia. As Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the store, on the phone and/or by computer, to complete orders in a timely and professional manner. The advisor must be able to demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications.

Requirements

Considerable knowledge of Automobiles and their systems
Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
Attention to Detail
Five-day work week and rotating weekends
Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor level shelves
Ability to reach upper shelves with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary
Able to lift 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Must pass drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Responsible for responding to parts orders and inquiries
Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories.
Understand terminology of the automobile industry.
