Requirements

Parts counter/dealership experience is required.
A friendly and customer-focused personality is a must!
Proficiency in computers and dealership systems.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, MVR, and drug screen).

Nice To Haves

Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist mechanics and customers in selecting and purchasing needed parts and supplies.
Track all incoming and outgoing parts efficiently.
Issue parts and accessories to mechanics from the parts counter.
Source the best prices for parts using phone and internet resources.
Provide delivery service for parts orders using the company truck.
Maintain an attractive display of seasonal parts and accessories.
Organize files, reference books, and other paperwork related to the parts counter.
Manage the customer backorder file and master parts/price book.
Process and file repair orders accurately.
