This is a build-from-scratch role in the best possible sense: you're walking into meaningful momentum. There's an active pipeline across multiple partner types, genuine inbound interest, and a product with clear utility in organizational contexts. What doesn't exist yet is the playbook — the repeatable process, the defined buyer journeys, the structured deal frameworks. That's what you'll build. You'll be working across a genuinely diverse set of partner types: sports organizations deploying our testing through performance coaches, naturopathic clinics and allied health practitioners (chiropractors, nutritionists, functional medicine), companies gifting our product to employees or customers as a wellness benefit, and research organizations — including universities and multinationals — exploring saliva-based hormone testing as a viable alternative to traditional methods. Each of these represents a different buyer, a different decision-making process, and a different value proposition. Your job is to understand all of them, prioritize ruthlessly, and close deals that compound.
