About The Position

Minty is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic partner relationships across affiliate networks, agencies, and ecommerce brands. This role will focus on expanding partner engagement, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening Minty’s position within the partner ecosystem. This is a highly cross-functional, externally facing role that blends relationship management, business development, and partner education. The ideal candidate will build strong partnerships, surface new revenue opportunities, and ensure partners are equipped to successfully position and scale Minty’s solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development, or related roles
  • Experience working with affiliate networks, agencies, or ecommerce brands
  • Proven ability to build and manage external relationships while driving measurable business outcomes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering partner-facing materials
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver learning sessions, business reviews, and ongoing communications to educate agency, network, and brand partners on Minty’s offerings, performance, and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks, agencies, and key brand stakeholders. Ensure consistent communication across internal teams to align on partner performance, updates, and opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify new partner and brand opportunities based on ICP criteria. Generate sourced pipeline and support progression through handoff to Account Executives and BDR collaboration.
  • Drive ongoing engagement through milestone tracking, partner spotlights, and proactive outreach to deepen relationships and expand impact.
  • Proactively secure meetings and new introductions at industry events and conferences. Develop outreach strategies to maximize event ROI and partnership growth.
  • Cultivate partner success stories through case studies, testimonials, reviews, and co-marketing initiatives such as webinars and branded campaigns.
  • Stay current on platform updates, partner changes, and industry trends. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for both partners and internal stakeholders.
