GigaStar is seeking a self-motivated and experienced full-time Partnership Manager with a deep working knowledge of the Creator Economy (especially Gen Z and Millennial YouTube Creators, TikTok Creators, etc.) to join their passionate startup team. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this role will work closely with Marketing and the leadership team to collaboratively develop and implement prospect and sales strategies to fill and manage a B2C sales pipeline. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of negotiating and securing sponsorship deals on behalf of YouTube Creators and should have experience working with MCNs to manage and grow channels. They should also have a strong understanding of the business and financial aspects of the Creator Economy, including advertising and sponsorship revenue streams, and use this knowledge to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities. Besides having the spark to establish rapport and build relationships, the perfect candidate enjoys exceeding revenue targets and has proven success in previous positions.
