The company has grown to approximately 40 employees, served over 30 clients, and engaged with major corporations, PE funds, and model providers, experiencing a fourfold increase in revenue recently. Their client engagement approach involves listening to understand business needs before proposing AI solutions. Currently, sales and business development are led by the founders, but to achieve significant growth, the company needs to scale these functions. This role is designed to support the CEO/COO by bridging business development, enterprise sales, chief of staff, and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will work alongside the CEO/COO in client meetings, drive post-meeting actions such as proposal scoping, follow-ups, stakeholder mapping, partner strategy, internal coordination, and deal closure. Over time, this role is expected to lead a team performing similar functions.
