About The Position

Axiad is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and maintain the outbound infrastructure, CRM architecture, enrichment pipelines, agentic workflows, and automation for their revenue team. This role is crucial for wiring together the revenue engine and designing systems that generate pipeline. The GTM Engineer will work at the intersection of sales, data, and AI, directly with the CRO and revenue leadership, and will have the opportunity to architect the GTM infrastructure from the ground up in a Gartner-endorsed category. This is a builder role focused on operationalizing the revenue team's go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Systems builder mentality, thinking in workflows and integrations, with experience building outbound engines, enrichment pipelines, or CRM automation from scratch.
  • Technical fluency with SQL, Python or JavaScript, REST APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms (Clay, Zapier, Make).
  • AI-native operator experience, using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI tooling as core infrastructure.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and empathy for sellers, building systems focused on pipeline outcomes.
  • Data-disciplined approach with an obsession for data hygiene, attribution, and measurement.
  • High agency, speed-oriented, comfortable building in ambiguity, iterating fast, and shipping daily.
  • 3–5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth engineering, sales engineering, or a technical role within a B2B SaaS go-to-market team.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) at the architecture level, including designing lead routing, building automation, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Proficiency with modern GTM tooling such as enrichment and orchestration platforms (Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit), sales engagement platforms (Regie.ai, Outreach, Salesloft), and workflow automation (Zapier, Make, n8n).
  • Demonstrated experience building AI-powered workflows, including prompt engineering, LLM API integration, and agentic task automation.
  • Understanding of outbound deliverability fundamentals (domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox placement, sender reputation management).

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript) and ability to debug a broken workflow.
  • Prior SDR, BDR, AE, or revenue-adjacent experience providing intuition for seller needs.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain the programmatic outbound engine, including signal-based prospecting, multi-channel sequencing, enrichment workflows, and deliverability systems to generate qualified pipeline at scale.
  • Own the CRM architecture, including lead routing, lifecycle stages, scoring models, attribution, and data hygiene, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for all deals.
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate tools used by the revenue team, such as sequencing platforms, conversation intelligence, proposal automation, and pipeline visibility dashboards.
  • Build AI-powered workflows to automate research, personalization, account scoring, and outreach, orchestrating across tools like Clay, Regie.ai, LLM APIs, and internal data.
  • Create closed-loop pipeline automation from signal detection to booked meetings, including trigger-based outreach, automated follow-up sequences, and real-time pipeline alerting.
  • Serve as an operational force multiplier for the entire revenue team, enabling a nimble team to operate like a larger department.
  • Instrument every workflow, track conversion at each stage, run experiments on messaging and sequencing, and optimize based on data.
