Arcade is a creative tool for marketers, sales leaders, PMMs, and product teams. This role focuses on transitioning customers from self-serve to enterprise, acting as a demo coach, story strategist, and closer. The individual will develop playbooks, run experiments, utilize product data to identify key accounts, and build systems for repeatable sales motions. This is an opportunity to engineer how Arcade sells, not just to sell. The role involves owning the self-serve to enterprise motion. Key responsibilities include writing sales and expansion playbooks, testing new outbound and expansion strategies with Marketing and RevOps, identifying accounts ready for enterprise conversations using product usage and revenue data, coaching customers on using Arcade's full product suite, leading enterprise pricing and packaging discussions, and providing product feedback to the PM team.
