USAA is seeking two Partnership Development Managers to drive strategic partnerships and distribution growth in the Automotive and Insurance sectors. These roles involve identifying, structuring, and executing external partnerships to expand reach, enhance member value, and integrate offerings into third-party ecosystems. On the Automotive side, the focus is on building relationships within the Auto OEM and broader automotive ecosystem to deliver differentiated, non-insurance automotive offerings, including partnerships with manufacturers, marketplaces, and service providers for member discounts, warranties, and ancillary products. On the Insurance side, the focus is on leading insurance distribution partnerships for personal and commercial lines, emphasizing channel strategy and external enablement. This includes developing partnerships to extend insurance product access through third-party platforms, acting as market experts, and strengthening distribution through scalable, partner-led models. Success requires strong partnership development skills, comfort operating externally, and the ability to balance strategic vision with execution across multiple product lines. The role requires being in the office 4 days per week and can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL.
