The solution enables "on the go," in-store, or virtual terminal payments, allowing merchants to manage transactions, inventory, and invoices through a centralized dashboard. CardFlight is a remote-first team spread across 25+ US states, focused on building for impact. The Partnership Development Manager role is a builder's role focused on systematizing, accelerating, and scaling the Referral Partnership network. This individual will build the connective tissue that multiplies reach, revenue, and relevance, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to structure mutually beneficial, commercially sound, and lasting partnerships. Success is measured in business results, not activity metrics. A strong network in SMB payments, fintech, or channel sales for verticals like field services and personal services, and experience building a referral partnership business from the ground up, are highly valued.
