For Automotive, the roles involve building relationships within the Auto OEM and broader automotive ecosystem to deliver differentiated, non-insurance automotive offerings, including member discounts, warranties, and ancillary products. For Insurance, the roles lead distribution partnerships across personal and commercial lines, focusing on channel strategy and external enablement, developing partnerships to extend access to insurance products through third-party platforms, serving as market experts, and strengthening distribution through scalable, partner-led models. Success requires strong partnership development skills, comfort operating externally, and balancing strategic vision with execution across multiple product lines. The role offers a flexible work environment requiring 4 days per week in the office and can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL.
