Requirements

Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Proven interest or experience in the consumer electronics industry or technical support sector.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team in Sofia.
Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for modern technology.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical point of contact for French-speaking partners within the consumer electronics ecosystem.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical guidance for complex smart devices and hardware peripherals.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring premium service delivery.
Maintain detailed documentation of technical interactions to improve partner workflows and product performance.
Analyze consumer electronics usage trends to provide proactive solutions for our corporate partners.
Conduct remote training sessions for partners on new product releases and innovative consumer hardware features.
Ensure all service level agreements are met while maintaining the high standards expected in the consumer electronics industry.
