About The Position

Eon is building its channel motion across resellers, cloud marketplaces, and partner-led competitive displacement. The Partner & Revenue Operations Manager will build and own the systems behind that motion, including deal registration, partner incentives, marketplace transactions, attribution, and partner performance. The role is also a hands-on member of the Revenue Operations team, dividing time between partner operations and broader go-to-market operations such as Salesforce, automation, reporting, and analytics. This is a technical builder role. The manager will configure Salesforce directly, connect tools through automation, and use AI tools and agents to increase operational efficiency. The role will establish partner processes and reporting, connect partner activity to forecasting, territories, routing, and compensation workflows, and build a partner relationship management system on Salesforce. It will work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and the partner team.
