About The Position

The Partner Relationship Manager is the main point of contact for Medius’s North America partner portfolio. This role owns day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring partners feel supported, remain engaged, and have what they need to succeed with Medius. The position supports the growing North America partner delivery team and enables the Partner Delivery Manager to focus on broader priorities. Deep product knowledge is not required on day one; the role calls for someone who can build trust, keep work moving, and address issues proactively.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a partner-facing role.
• A track record of managing relationships, not merely maintaining them.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders’ needs.
• Strong, clear, calm, and direct communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B technology.
• Based in North America, with flexibility to work across time zones when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in AP automation, procure-to-pay (P2P), or spend management solutions.
• Background in channel, alliances, or partner ecosystem roles.
• Familiarity with CRM or partner management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of North America partners and serve as their go-to contact.
• Monitor partner health, including satisfaction, engagement, and progress.
• Coordinate with internal sales, support, and services teams to meet partner needs.
• Identify partner issues early and initiate resolution.
• Prepare partner performance reviews.
• Keep partner records and activity logs current.
• Support onboarding for new partners in the North America region.
