Partner Marketing Manager

YardstikMinneapolis, MN
Hybrid

About The Position

Yardstik is a partner-first business where a significant portion of growth originates from the platforms customers already utilize. This role will be responsible for the marketing aspects of these partnerships, including campaigns and content developed with partners, events hosted and attended, and enablement for both partner sellers and the internal team. Yardstik is experiencing rapid growth due to its Human Trust Platform, which is used by thousands of companies to vet new hires and maintain trust post-onboarding. The platform impacts millions of workers by facilitating faster hiring of good candidates and preventing unsuitable individuals from passing through the vetting process. The company has been recognized as a Best Place to Work for six consecutive years and has received other accolades such as Top Workplaces and inclusion in the Inc. 5000. Yardstik seeks individuals who are hungry, humble, and smart, with a preference for action over long-term planning. The company offers an environment where employees can achieve their career best alongside dedicated colleagues.
