•$65,100 - $181,400•Hybrid

About The Position

Five9 is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join its Partner Marketing organization and report to the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing. The role owns the marketing component of joint go-to-market plans for a focus group of reseller and service provider partners, translating shared strategy into campaigns, events, and pipeline. It is remote for candidates who live outside a 30-mile radius of a Five9 office; candidates within that radius work a hybrid schedule of three office days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). The manager designs and runs collaborative partner marketing, including co-marketing, demand-generation campaigns, and partner-led events. They build relationships with partner marketing and sales teams, represent partner feedback and needs internally, and coordinate with Five9 teams to provide partners with campaign toolkits, value propositions, and sales-enablement playbooks. The role also promotes joint customer stories and wins and is accountable for the partner-influenced pipeline generated by programs. The position manages Marketing Development Fund (MDF) planning and governance, establishes program pipeline goals, monitors performance and return on investment, and adjusts programs based on results. Compensation includes a US base salary range of $65,100–$181,400, and may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, or other incentive compensation. Five9 offers health, dental, and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, mental health support, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, company-paid holidays, paid volunteer hours, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
