About The Position

Forter is a leading global provider of fraud prevention and payment protection solutions for e-commerce merchants. We are looking for a strategic and driven Partner Marketing Manager to join the partner marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director, Global Partner Marketing to scale and execute Forter’s global partner strategy. You will help define how our ecosystem goes to market, drive co-marketing programs, and strengthen partner relationships to unlock sourced & accelerated pipeline growth and bookings. You will also collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Global Alliances and Business Development teams to ensure our partner initiatives are aligned to co-sell priorities, strategic accounts, and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 5 years in B2B marketing with hands-on experience in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing
  • Proven ability to drive partner programs from strategy to measurable results
  • Experience collaborating with sales and alliances teams to support co-sell or revenue-driven motions
  • Experience working with partners such as Salesforce or AWS
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, and content creation
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise partner ecosystems and GTM models
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Data-driven and analytical, able to optimize programs for impact
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives independently
  • Proactive, ownership-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with marketing tools, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and analytics platforms
  • High attention to detail with strong creative instincts

  • Background in e-commerce, fintech, or payments
  • Experience supporting enterprise or ABM-focused GTM motions
  • Familiarity with enterprise partner ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Lead joint co-marketing initiatives with Forter’s strategic partners, including platforms, SIs, ISVs, and financial institutions. Build scalable, repeatable programs that drive qualified pipeline and measurable business impact.
  • Partner closely with key alliance stakeholders to identify and execute integrated marketing opportunities across events, thought leadership, campaigns, content, and demand generation to drive sourced and accelerated pipeline through the partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the Global Alliances organization to activate joint GTM motions, align on target accounts and growth priorities, and support pipeline tracking, attribution, and revenue outcomes.
  • Manage the partner marketing content strategy and roadmap, ensuring partner is incorporated across Forter’s campaigns and channels, including blogs, webinars, podcasts, and events. Develop compelling joint messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement assets.
  • Develop strategic enablement materials and educational resources that empower partners to effectively position, pitch, and drive adoption of Forter’s solutions within their customer base, ultimately increasing partner-sourced business opportunities and revenue impact.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize partner marketing performance while partnering cross-functionally across Alliances, Marketing, Sales, Product, and RevOps to deliver a seamless and scalable partner experience.
