About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Partner Marketing Manager to accelerate growth through high-impact marketing programs with our key partners at all levels. This role is responsible for developing and executing joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners to drive qualified pipeline, increase brand visibility, and deliver measurable revenue outcomes. You’ll work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to turn partner relationships into scalable growth channels.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on partner or alliance marketing in a SaaS or software environment
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partnerships
  • Experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns with partners
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring ROI and optimizing performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B Saas Software supporting multiple products with different channel partners
  • Familiarity with healthcare, education and manufacturing industries

Responsibilities

  • Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with key partners aligned to shared revenue goals
  • Identify high-value partnership opportunities to expand reach, influence, and pipeline
  • Define target audiences, messaging, and value propositions for each partner motion
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, content, email, paid media)
  • Launch integrated campaigns that drive net-new leads and accelerate existing opportunities
  • Build repeatable partner marketing playbooks that scale across the ecosystem
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
  • Report on ROI and continuously improve partner marketing effectiveness
  • Equip partners with messaging, positioning, and campaign assets
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on partner-driven opportunities
  • Drive partner engagement through ongoing communication and joint planning
  • Align with Product Marketing on joint value propositions and narratives
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure pipeline follow-up and conversion
