•$150,000 - $175,000•Onsite

About The Position

Conviva is hiring a Partner Manager to build and grow its ecosystem of agent builders, including platforms, tooling providers, systems integrators, and agencies that help companies put AI agents into production. Conviva applies its quality-of-experience measurement capabilities to AI agents through Agent Experience Insights (AEI), which measures user activity before, during, and after conversations so teams can assess whether agents worked for users. The Partner Manager owns a portfolio of partners end to end, from recruiting and integration through MCP to team enablement and co-sell pipeline development. This is an early-stage program, and the role will help shape the program while operating it. The position is based in Conviva’s Foster City, California office and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

  • Run joint account planning with partners and Conviva sales; source and register partner-led opportunities and help close them.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on co-branded content, launch announcements, webinars, events, and partner directory listings.
  • Manage partner relationships through regular business reviews, tracking partner health and performance, and serving as the main point of contact.
  • Help define partner tiers, benefits, onboarding, and certification as the program develops.
