Manager, Partner Success

Big Leap Health•New York, NY
•$130,000 - $140,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Big Leap Health is transforming how interventional psychiatry practices deliver care. We partner with clinics across the country to power TMS and Spravato® services, combining clinical expertise, technology, and payor integration to make high-quality mental healthcare more accessible. We're building the infrastructure layer for the next generation of in-person behavioral health, replacing administrative chaos with a connected, data-driven operating system that helps practices focus on what matters: patients. The company has raised over $10M from VCs and angels and is rapidly growing with dozens of customers nationwide. The Partner Growth team's objective is to ensure that partner clinics succeed. As a Partner Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of interventional psychiatry clinics offering treatments like Spravato and TMS, and you will be responsible for their performance. You will build relationships with clinic owners, medical directors, and front-desk teams to help them achieve their goals, such as seeing more patients, adding new service lines, or opening new locations. The team is partner-obsessed, proactively identifying opportunities and ensuring partner needs are met by collaborating with relevant internal teams. You will report to the Head of Partner Growth and work with a high degree of independence. This is an early role on a growing team, offering the opportunity to shape the team's development, including its operations, metrics, and hiring. As the team expands, this role may include direct reports.

  • Experience helping a business change how it works and earning the trust to do so
  • Ability to think like an operator about someone else’s business
  • Proficiency in pulling data using Airtable, a CRM or a messy export, building a clean view in Sheets, and double-checking numbers
  • Strong communication skills enabling partners to act on guidance without needing clarification or follow-up
  • Genuine care for the people supported, demonstrated through follow-through
  • Experience using the modern AI stack in actual work (e.g., understanding MCP vs. Claude Skill, or demonstrating built projects)

  • Experience in healthcare services or digital health
  • Exposure to revenue cycle management, payor enrollment and credentialing, or prior authorization
  • Familiarity with Spravato and/or TMS

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue and volume growth for every clinic in your portfolio, and know at all times where each one stands and what’s driving it
  • Dig into each clinic’s referral sources, consult-to-treatment conversion, payor mix and provider capacity to find where the next stage of growth will come from
  • Review each partner’s treatment offerings with them and look for room to expand, such as adding TMS alongside Spravato, adding a provider where demand is outpacing capacity, or extending hours
  • Get creative. Some of the best growth ideas come from a conversation with a clinic owner about what their patients keep asking for
  • Back every recommendation with the partner’s own data, and walk them through what it means for patients treated and revenue
  • Be the primary point of contact for clinic leadership, and build relationships across the practice, from owners to the front desk
  • Lead recurring check-ins and business reviews that tie our work to the outcomes partners care about most
  • When an issue comes up, own it from start to finish and arrive with a proposed solution
  • Spot patterns across your portfolio and turn them into specific improvements with our Product and Operations teams
  • Write the playbooks, templates and reporting tools that help the next hire ramp up
