About The Position

WeVideo is the leading full-cycle video learning platform for content creators, businesses of all sizes, and educational institutions. We have a current opening for a Partner Manager to operationalize and scale our co-sell and referral programs with partners. This role provides a chance to demonstrate your sales skills and take your career to the next level in the field of Sales and Strategic Alliances.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Sales Enablement, or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
Proven track record of carrying and hitting a sales-related quota.
Experience building or operationalizing a partner channel or program from the ground up.
Expert-level experience with Salesforce (or equivalent) for tracking pipeline, managing leads, and performance reporting.
Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear requirements for internal support and engineering teams.
Exceptional presence with the ability to influence external Account Executives and internal executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Take finalized partnerships and turn them into high-performing revenue engines by building functional support and engagement models.
Act as the "Primary Evangelist" to partner sales teams, providing the training, pitch decks, and talk tracks needed to win.
Directly impact the bottom line by joining partner sales calls, delivering product demonstrations, and executing complex co-sell opportunities.
Own the CRM integrity for the channel, ensuring 100% accurate deal tracking, lead flow orchestration, and attribution.
Serve as the bridge between partners and internal Product/Engineering teams to resolve technical hurdles and advocate for partner-driven roadmap requirements.
Identify friction points in the co-sell process and refine the blueprint for how WeVideo wins alongside its partners.
