The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for monthly close activities, including reviewing P&Ls, Workday, cost and revenue accrual analysis, revenue reconciliations, and preparing journal entries. This role involves preparing and providing timely, detailed explanations of actual results variance to expected results (plan and/or forecast) and prior year. The Finance Business Partner will also be involved in annual business plan development, forecast development and periodic updates, and will work closely with DCLs to identify opportunities for improvement in cost, productivity, and performance against standards. Additionally, this role supports the Field Finance Director in translating and implementing corporate financial policies, guidelines, procedures, and controls, provides detailed budget tracking for new business startups, and supports the analysis of proposed new businesses including pricing, optimizing deal structure, developing customer proposals, and negotiation. Ensuring adequate controls for Sarbanes Oxley compliance, conducting periodic audits of operations, and reviewing business contracts with the legal team are also key responsibilities. The role oversees the collection of accounts receivable and participates in various miscellaneous projects as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
