Finance Business Partner
About The Position
Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Finance, you will serve as a key financial partner to hospital leadership. In this role, you will provide strategic financial planning and analysis for hospital operations, represent finance on cross-functional committees, and support the development of annual operating and capital budgets. You will prepare final budget packages for Board-level reporting, analyze budget variances, and collaborate with departments including General Accounting, Business Office, and Decision Support. Additionally, you will educate leadership on financial performance and management strategies. Your work directly supports informed decision-making and contributes to the health of our patients and community.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of healthcare financial management experience required
- Proven ability to present complex financial data to Senior Management and Trustees
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance Required)
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred
