Partner Manager, SIs

Hex
•$177,000 - $236,500

About The Position

Hex is hiring its founding Partner Manager for the Systems Integrator (SI) partner segment. The role will build an SI partner business that helps customers adopt and scale data and AI changes with Hex, while establishing a repeatable source of pipeline and customer value. The Partner Manager will determine which partners to prioritize, recruit and enable them, and make them an important part of how Hex customers adopt, expand, and succeed. This is a building role covering national firms and boutique data consultancies. The Partner Manager will work backward from customer outcomes to identify the partners best positioned to deliver them, collaborating closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and cloud and data platform partners. The work will directly affect customer outcomes and Hex’s growth.

Requirements

  • Experience building a partner program from zero and creating structure in an ambiguous environment.
  • A track record of generating pipeline and revenue through partners, with measurable results.
  • Understanding of how systems integrators make money and what motivates them to commit to a technology.
  • Relationships across global, national, or boutique SI tiers.
  • Strong commercial judgment and prioritization skills, including knowing which partners to pursue and when to walk away.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams; account executives trust the candidate on deals, and partner leaders are receptive to working with them.

  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, including targets and reporting.
  • Involve SIs early in enterprise sales cycles, help account executives develop partner strategies for key accounts, and establish consistent co-selling.
