About the position
This role is part of the partnerships team at DataGrail, with a focus on amplifying the value of the company's third-party connectors and building strong relationships with referral and technology partners. The main responsibilities include engaging partners to drive referral opportunities, coordinating with internal teams for successful collaborations, and identifying and engaging new potential technology partners. The role will also contribute to the long-term vision of the partnerships team and evaluate technologies and processes to enable faster scaling. The goal is to drive revenue through partnerships and establish DataGrail as a trusted leader in the data privacy space.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of referral and technology partnerships
- Dig into the data to understand partner overlap and engage partners to drive referral opportunities
- Educate partners on DataGrail's value and collaborate on a referral approach
- Coordinate and enable internal teams to succeed alongside referral partners
- Report on the health of referral partnerships and make actionable decisions
- Infuse learnings into the referral motion to develop a scalable playbook
- Engage companies we integrate with to build GTM activations that amplify product value
- Orchestrate support from internal teams for GTM activations with partners
- Identify and engage new potential technology partners
- Support partnerships team in crafting long-term vision
- Evaluate technologies and processes to enable faster and more effective scaling
- Learn DataGrail product and market positioning
- Lead highest priority referral partnerships, including engaging with partner reps and tracking activities
- Conduct outreach to current and future technology partners for GTM activations and product development
- Form an opinion on scaling referral and technology partner motions
- Drive meaningful pipeline contribution to support sales organization
- Implement changes to referral and technology partnerships for program success
- Implement tooling upgrades to streamline partner operations
- Support leadership team on strategic partnership development efforts
- Rapidly scale referral partner network
- Run a highly efficient partner marketing motion with technology partners
- Take ownership of all referral and tech partnership OKRs
- Contribute to the overarching partnership strategy and operations
Requirements
- Experience in managing referral partnerships and driving referral opportunities
- Ability to engage and educate partners on the value of the company's product
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and referral partners
- Proficiency in reporting and analyzing the health of referral partnerships
- Knowledge of GTM activations and experience in building partnerships with technology companies
- Ability to identify and engage potential technology partners that complement the company's platform
- Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to the long-term vision of the partnerships team
- Familiarity with evaluating technologies and processes to enable faster and more effective scaling
- Quick learning ability to understand the company's product and market positioning
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with partner representatives
- Proactive approach in conducting outreach to plan GTM activations and enable faster product development
- Ability to drive meaningful pipeline contribution to support the sales organization
- Proficiency in implementing changes to referral and technology partnerships for program success
- Experience in implementing tooling upgrades to streamline partner operations
- Ability to rapidly scale the referral partner network
- Strong skills in running a highly efficient partner marketing motion with technology partners
- Ownership of all referral and tech partnership objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Ability to contribute to the strategic partnership development efforts of the leadership team.
