About The Position

Stormshield, a leading French publisher and European reference in cybersecurity, is a subsidiary of Airbus Defence and Space Cyber Programmes. We offer innovative, certified, and highly qualified security products at the highest European level for network and data protection. To support our growth, we are seeking a Partner Account Manager for the Benelux region with substantial experience in cybersecurity and partner ecosystem development. Our strategy relies on a robust partner ecosystem, and we are expanding our indirect sales network to enhance our presence in the Spanish market. The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for developing, animating, and coordinating partners within a designated geographic area to generate a qualified pipeline and forecast.

Requirements

Solid experience in cybersecurity.
Solid experience in partner ecosystem development.
Experience in developing, animating, and coordinating partners in a given geographic area.
Ability to generate a qualified pipeline and forecast.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the world of firewalls and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Recruit, qualify, and develop local partners or local entities of strategic partners.
Deploy partner programs and animation plans.
Support partners in generating opportunities.
Work closely with Regional Account Managers in the area.
Ensure coordination with Strategic Partner Account Managers for strategic partners.
Ensure a good distribution of roles on opportunities.
Accompany partners in customer meetings or allocate a Regional Account Manager to do so.
Support pre-sales phases in coordination with internal teams.
Help structure offers and commercial proposals.
Contribute to providing a regional forecast.
Analyze partner performance.
Report to the Head of Channel & Regional Businesses and Strategic Partner Account Manager on regional entities of strategic partners.
