Part-Time Operations Ambassador, Stanford

As a Part-Time Operations Ambassador at Everlane, you will play a crucial role in supporting the back of house operations of our store. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, executing shipment processes, managing inventory integrity, supporting in-store replenishment, and ensuring the store's presentation standards are met. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to educate customers about our brand's mission and beliefs, act as an expert on our products, and actively sell and style our offerings. • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom
• Execute shipment induction and process of shipment
• Support inventory integrity through managing transfers, cycle counts, and send-outs
• Support in-store replenishment and size integrity on the shop floor
• Support monthly product flow, visual adjustments, and in-store signage
• Support the maintenance of the store's presentation standards
• Have a customer-first mindset when working with customers
• Educate customers about the brand's mission and beliefs
• Be an expert on the products
• Actively sell and style the products and offer fit advice
• Have 1+ years of operations experience in retail, sales, or the service industry
• Have a passion for helping others and enjoy being part of a team
• Have the ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable receiving feedback
• Have the ambition to learn and grow from others
