The Ambassador role at Everlane is responsible for delivering a best-in-class store experience and bringing the brand to life for customers. As the face of the brand, Ambassadors foster a positive environment, inspire others through connection and education, and exceed individual goals. They are customer-focused, passionate about the product, and champions of the company's mission and values. Ambassadors use their product knowledge to actively sell and style products, educate customers about the brand's mission, and create a positive environment for themselves and others.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry
• Passion for helping others and being part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills and comfortable receiving feedback
• Ambition to learn and grow
• Must be able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
