Part-Time Ambassador, Stanford

The Ambassador role at Everlane is responsible for delivering a best-in-class store experience and serving as the face of the brand. The main goal is to have a positive impact on customers' time in the store by fostering a positive environment and providing exceptional customer service. Ambassadors are expected to use their product knowledge to actively sell and style products, educate customers about the brand's mission and values, and maintain store presentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or sales, be a team player, and have exceptional communication skills.

• Process purchases, returns and exchanges
• Keep your store clean and tidy and maintain store presentation
• Process, organize, and prepare inventory
• Restock sales floor throughout the day

• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry
• Passion for helping others and enjoys being a part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Exceptional communication skills and comfortable receiving feedback
• Ambition to learn and grow from others
• Must be able to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
• Minimum of 12 hours availability per week

• Competitive hourly pay range of $19.00 - $21.00
