About The Position

A warm, nurturing family is seeking an engaging, proactive part-time nanny to care for three children, ages 5, 7, and 9. The nanny will work with the mother to manage after-school routines, activities, and evening preparation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously, passionate about child development, and able to reinforce manners and basic life skills through age-appropriate tasks. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, for approximately 20 hours per week. The position is looking to start as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Have a clean driver's license; the family will provide a car.
• Be legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Speak fluent English.

Nice To Haves

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect the children from school along with the mother.
• Drive one or two of the children to after-school activities.
• Assist with the children's laundry.
• Prepare simple but nutritious meals for the children.
• Assist with the transition into the evening routine, including homework help, packing up, and winding down.
