Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience is required.
- Must have experience with infants.
- Remains calm under pressure, patient, and uses positive reinforcement and enthusiasm to guide toddler behavior.
- Caring, reliable, energetic, consistent, and proactive.
- Takes initiative to bring new, creative ideas to the role each week.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing creative, age-appropriate activities, with a heavy emphasis on outdoor exploration and educational sensory play.
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks, handling the children's laundry, and managing light housekeeping related to his daily activities.
- Keeping our son on a consistent schedule for meals, play, and naps to ensure he feels secure, safe, and comfortable. Consistent love and care to our infant.
- Providing dedicated companionship to ease his current transition/clingy phase, keeping him actively distracted and engaged throughout the day.
