Department of Theatre Arts - Part-time Lecturer Pool
About The Position
California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) is seeking candidates for a Part-time Lecturer Pool in the Department of Theatre Arts. This position involves teaching undergraduate courses, which are typically 1, 2, or 3 units each. Courses are taught twice a week on campus during the Fall and Spring semesters (15 weeks each). Instructors are responsible for preparing their own syllabi, assignments, classroom activities, lecture materials, and grading rubrics, and must teach courses following department guidelines. Additionally, instructors will hold limited office hours to assist students with coursework, questions, and advice.
Requirements
- Master of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Arts, or a suitably related discipline
- Candidates with compensating industry experience will also be considered
- Degree in hand by time of appointment (MFA in Theatre, or equivalent/suitably related discipline)
- Demonstration of teaching experience at higher education level

Responsibilities
