About The Position

Seeking an instructor for the Professional Pilot degree program, to begin August 2026. The position involves teaching AER 3020 - Certified Flight Instructor, Flight. This interactive flight course enables the student to gain the necessary aeronautical skill, knowledge, and experience to meet the requirements for the FAA Certified Flight Instructor: Airplane certificate. The instructor will oversee the Flight Instructor, Flight course, manage student progress in Canvas, and manage student certification. This is a three-credit course that meets twice per week and should collaborate content with AER 3010 Certified Flight Instructor, Ground course.

• Meet the minimum qualifications to instruct Flight Instructor applicants
• Possess the necessary aeronautical skill, knowledge, and experience to meet the requirements for the FAA Certified Flight Instructor: Airplane certificate
