Part-Time Faculty - Business (Generation Park)
About The Position
Teaches Business-related coursework at Generation Park. Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available; these positions are not current vacancies. Part-time faculty are hired on an “as needed” basis and work for the duration specified by the respective course. Instructors may teach evening classes and possibly weekend classes. Courses may be delivered through various methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College, and may require a physical presence at the assigned on-site work location. Part-time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Salary is based on the Board-approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year. Salary Grade: AH.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above with eighteen (18) graduate hours in Business Management Development.
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience in a business environment, excluding teaching.
- Extensive business work experience and/or industry credentials may substitute for some graduate-level business courses.
Responsibilities
- Teach Business-related coursework.
- Teach courses using delivery methods determined by the teaching area and the needs of students and the College.
