Part-Time Faculty - Government (Generation Park)
About The Position
Teach Government-related coursework at Generation Park. Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available; these positions are not current vacancies. Part-time faculty are hired on an as-needed basis and work for the duration specified by the respective course. Teaching assignments may include evening and possibly weekend classes. Faculty may be assigned to teach using various delivery methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College; assignments may require a physical presence at the assigned on-site work location. Part-time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Salary is based on the Board-approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year.
Requirements
- Master's degree with eighteen (18) graduate hours in Government.
Responsibilities
- Teach Government-related coursework.
- Teach courses using delivery methods assigned according to the teaching area and the needs of students and the College.
