About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Caregiver focused on providing flexible, in-home senior support. The position offers the ability to choose weekday, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts to fit your lifestyle, making it ideal for students, parents, or semi-retirees. The agency provides competitive hourly pay, weekly paychecks, mileage reimbursement for errands, and paid skills workshops. Caregivers work with responsive supervisors who value their contributions and celebrate client successes. The role involves assisting clients with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility, medication reminders, and providing companionship to help seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently at home.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving, HHA, or related experience is preferred
Not certified yet? Training is available for the right candidate with a compassionate heart.

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe transfers while preserving client dignity and comfort.
Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
Support gentle walks and therapist-approved stretches or exercises.
Help clients stay on schedule with medications and observe/report changes in condition.
Provide conversation, games, emotional support, and accompaniment to appointments or errands.
