About The Position

Nurse Galina’s Caregiving of New Jersey is seeking Certified Home Health Aides to join its team of Life Enrichment Caregivers. The role provides relationship-centered, life-enriching care to older adults in their homes, including people recovering after hospitalization, rehabilitation stays, or surgery, and those managing chronic illness or changing health conditions. The agency serves retirees, professionals, executives, and high-profile families seeking dependable, relationship-driven support. The position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, with hourly pay listed as $20–$30 in the posting and $20–$27 in a separate compensation statement. Full-time benefits are available, along with career growth opportunities and structured leadership and support. Advancement opportunities include Lead Caregiver and supervisory roles.

Requirements

Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
Reliable vehicle.
Willingness to work every other weekend.
Willingness to work every other holiday.
Ability to work full-time schedules.
Strong communication skills and professionalism.

Experience with private-pay clients is preferred.
