About The Position

Nurse Galina’s Caregiving of New Jersey is hiring Certified Home Health Aides to join its team of Life Enrichment Caregivers. The role provides relationship-centered support to older adults in their homes, including affluent retirees and families whose loved ones are recovering after hospitalization, rehabilitation, surgery, or while managing chronic illness and other changing health conditions. Care is intended to support dignity, recovery, independence, and quality of life.

The position offers guaranteed 40-hour workweeks and hourly compensation. Caregivers work in clients’ homes and must be able to work full-time schedules, including every other weekend and every other holiday. The organization describes structured leadership and support, career growth opportunities, and possible advancement to Lead Caregiver and supervisory roles.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
• Willingness to work every other holiday.
• Ability to work full-time schedules.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.

• Experience with private-pay clients is preferred.
