About The Position
We’re a growing residential generator installation company looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to help manage expense entry and job costing. Hours are flexible, approximately 10–15 hours per week.
Requirements
- QuickBooks Online required.
Nice To Haves
- Job costing experience preferred
- Experience with job costing preferred (construction/home services a plus).
Responsibilities
- Enter and code receipts and expenses in QuickBooks Online.
- Assign expenses to specific jobs/projects.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
