About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking BSN- or MSN-prepared Registered Nurses to teach in its Practical Nursing Program as part-time clinical adjunct instructors. Instructors supervise and mentor students at clinical sites, demonstrate patient care techniques, teach nursing skills, evaluate student performance, and maintain records. The role is based on campus and at assigned clinical sites. No prior teaching experience is required; training and support are provided. Lincoln Tech offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus subject to the criteria and terms of its Employee Sign-on Bonus Agreement; staffing agency candidates are not eligible.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Active RN license in Connecticut.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience.
- Strong background in medical-surgical nursing.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring future nurses.
