About The Position
Lincoln Tech in Moorestown, New Jersey, is seeking qualified registered nurses to teach in its Practical Nursing program as adjunct nursing instructors. The role offers experienced nurses an opportunity to transition into nursing education, with institutional support and training. Instructors deliver education in classroom and clinical settings. Teaching experience is not required; faculty development and mentoring are provided. Multiple positions are available.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Current, active RN license in New Jersey.
- Minimum of three years of recent clinical nursing experience.
- Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver the nursing curriculum in classroom and clinical environments.
- Supervise nursing students during clinical rotations and demonstrate evidence-based patient care practices.
- Instruct students in fundamental nursing techniques and skills development.
- Assess student learning outcomes and maintain comprehensive academic records.
- Contribute to student preparation for professional nursing practice.
