About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking MSN-prepared Registered Nurses to serve as part-time clinical adjunct instructors in its Practical Nursing Program. The instructor will support and teach students at assigned clinical sites. No prior teaching experience is required; training and support are provided. The schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., with multiple positions available. The role is on campus and at assigned clinical sites.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
- At least 3 years of recent clinical experience.
- Strong background in medical-surgical nursing.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring future nurses.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor students at clinical sites.
- Demonstrate patient care techniques and teach essential nursing skills.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain records.
- Foster a supportive, growth-focused learning environment.
