About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking a passionate BSN- or MSN-prepared Registered Nurse to join its Practical Nursing Program as a part-time clinical adjunct instructor. The instructor supervises and mentors students at clinical sites, demonstrates patient care techniques, teaches essential nursing skills, evaluates student performance, and maintains records. The role also involves fostering a supportive, growth-focused learning environment. No teaching experience is required; training and support are provided for the clinical setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Active RN license in Connecticut.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience.
- Strong background in medical-surgical nursing.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring future nurses.
