About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking passionate, MSN-prepared Registered Nurses to join its Practical Nursing Program as part-time adjunct clinical instructors in Lincoln, Rhode Island. The instructor supervises and mentors nursing students during clinical rotations, demonstrates patient care and nursing procedures, supports students in developing clinical skills, evaluates performance, maintains accurate records, and prepares students for nursing careers. No teaching experience is required; training and support are provided. Multiple day and evening positions are available.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Active Registered Nurse license in Rhode Island.
• At least 5 years of recent clinical experience.
• Strong background in medical-surgical nursing.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring future nurses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing students during clinical rotations.
• Demonstrate hands-on patient care and nursing procedures.
• Provide students with opportunities to develop clinical skills.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records.
