The Parking Operations Manager will oversee operations at the primary commercial garage, acting as the main point of contact for property managers and tenants. This role involves attending meetings, responding to requests, repairing parking equipment, preparing revenue reports, and adjusting parking rates based on industry knowledge. The manager will also focus on maintaining parking levels, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring all locations operate efficiently and adhere to company policies and procedures. Daily inspections of facilities are required, with a focus on customer service, cleanliness, attendant appearance, revenue control, and safety. The role also includes managing revenue trails, interviewing and screening candidates, supervising onsite employees, and overseeing training. Developing professional relationships, resolving customer complaints, reconciling reports, and ensuring the safe handling and timely deposit of cash are key responsibilities. The manager will also delegate priorities, perform minor repairs, develop plans to enhance customer service, update operating manuals, identify and recommend solutions for operational problems, and inspect facilities for improvements. Availability for emergency situations outside of normal hours and implementing quality control measures are also expected.
