About The Position

The Assistant Parking Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting the efficient and effective management of parking facilities across multiple locations. This position is responsible for assisting in the oversight of daily parking operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while maximizing revenue and operational efficiency. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in parking operations, facilities management, or a related customer service role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with experience managing teams or staff.
Proficiency in using parking management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and management.
Strong organizational skills daily to coordinate staff schedules and manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills are essential for resolving customer concerns, training employees, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
Analytical skills are applied to monitor revenue data and operational metrics, enabling informed decision-making and process improvements.
Proficiency with parking management software and technology tools supports efficient tracking of facility usage and financial reporting.
Leadership and problem-solving skills are critical for managing staff performance and addressing operational challenges promptly to maintain a safe and customer-friendly environment.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
