Requirements
- Experience in parking operations or similar multi-site operations management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations with a high level of accountability
- Experience working with clients, property managers, vendors, and customers
- Proficiency with parking technology, reporting systems, and general computer applications
Nice To Haves
- Experience with LPR systems, pay stations, validations, and revenue tracking
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage service recovery situations
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily parking operations across multiple Fort Worth locations
- Supervise staff, providing leadership, direction, and ongoing performance support
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain operational standards
- Monitor revenue performance, reporting, and financial activity across assigned locations
- Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure enforcement, validation programs, and parking systems are operating effectively
- Maintain regular communication with property managers, clients, and internal leadership
- Support hiring, training, and development of on-site staff
- Ensure all locations meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer experience
- Assist with operational improvements, process implementation, and growth initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
