Job Purpose Manage and oversee daily parking operations across multiple locations within the Fort Worth market, ensuring operational efficiency, strong financial performance, and a high standard of customer and client service.

Requirements

  • Experience in parking operations or similar multi-site operations management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple locations with a high level of accountability
  • Experience working with clients, property managers, vendors, and customers
  • Proficiency with parking technology, reporting systems, and general computer applications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LPR systems, pay stations, validations, and revenue tracking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage service recovery situations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily parking operations across multiple Fort Worth locations
  • Supervise staff, providing leadership, direction, and ongoing performance support
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain operational standards
  • Monitor revenue performance, reporting, and financial activity across assigned locations
  • Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure enforcement, validation programs, and parking systems are operating effectively
  • Maintain regular communication with property managers, clients, and internal leadership
  • Support hiring, training, and development of on-site staff
  • Ensure all locations meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer experience
  • Assist with operational improvements, process implementation, and growth initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
