About The Position

This position is responsible for greeting and safeguarding guests as they arrive at the parking areas around Spooky Nook Sports. Traffic Officers are unarmed. The position has first- and second-shift schedules, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The starting rate is $13 per hour.

The role involves welcoming guests, directing traffic, keeping vehicle flow orderly, guiding guests into parking spaces, monitoring the parking areas, collecting parking fees, and reporting guest complaints or accidents. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and CPR/First Aid certified.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Have a positive and friendly attitude toward guests, customers, and fellow employees.
• Be able to follow written and verbal directions.
• Be able to remain calm in tense or stressful situations.
• Be able to keep personal information safe and private.
• Be CPR/First Aid certified.
• Be able to read, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the complex.
• Direct traffic at the entrance and exit to the complex.
• Keep traffic orderly in the drop-off area and parking lots.
• Maximize parking by guiding guests into spaces.
• Provide a safe and friendly atmosphere in and around the complex.
• Report guest complaints and accidents in the parking area.
• Monitor and patrol the parking lot for suspicious activity.
• Collect parking fees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
