About The Position

Parking Lot Attendants help ensure vehicles come out clean from the car wash tunnel. They engage with customers and members, explain car wash products and services, answer questions about unlimited plans, replenish products, and maintain a clean and safe workspace. The role is outdoors in varying weather conditions and involves active, hands-on work. Summit Wash Holdings provides hands-on and online training for team members. Applicants must complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment as part of the application review process.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Able to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable of and willing to work outdoors in extreme hot and cold weather.
• Completion of the required Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on car wash products.
• Answer questions about car wash services and unlimited plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and watch for potential hazards.
• Pick up trash to maintain a spotless environment.
• Replenish products for customer and member use.
• Engage with customers and members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
