About The Position

Parking Lot Attendants ensure vehicles come out clean from the car wash tunnel, engage with customers and members, maintain and replenish car wash cleaning products, and keep the workspace clean. The role is suited to a motivated, outgoing, and friendly person who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Extensive hands-on and online training is provided. Applicants are required to complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment for their application to proceed.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to remain on one's feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Mobility to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in extreme hot and cold weather.
• Completion of the required Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on car wash products.
• Answer questions about car wash services and unlimited plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and stay alert for potential hazards.
• Pick up trash to maintain a spotless environment.
• Replenish products for customer and member use.
• Engage with customers and members and help ensure vehicles come out clean from the car wash tunnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
